Michigan Governor boasts Atlas Copco in Press Release

Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems has gained recent attention from the State of Michigan Governor in promoting local businesses

On a recent visit to Sweden and Germany, State of Michigan governor Jennifer M. Granholm, Swedish Consul Lennart Johannson, US Ambassador to Sweden Michael Wood and President and CEO of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation James C. Epolito met with several Atlas Copco executives regarding expansion of business in the U.S.. The focus of the Governor Granholm was to bring businesses and expansions into the State of Michigan. The Atlas Copco executives included Senior Executive Vice President Fredrik Möller, Senior Vice President General Counsel Hans Sandberg, Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications Annika Berglund, U.S. Tools and Assembly Systems Regional General Manager Anders Hoberg.

Anders Hoberg stated: "It is a pleasure and a pride for me to represent and support our local commercial interests and exposure. We have traditionally been more of a low-key employer, but I firmly believe that over the years we have generated tremendous public relationship value and we should be proud in communicating and exposing these things."
