Atlas Copco Tornado Disaster Relief Donation

Garland, TX - January 8, 2016: In response to the recent severe tornado outbreak affecting North Texas, Atlas Copco Drilling Solutions will donate $10,000 to aid those in the community impacted by this natural disaster.

The $10,000 donation will go to our community partner Good Samaritans, where funds will be used to purchase needed supplies for victims affected by this disaster. The supplies will be routed to the Joint Disaster Management Resource Center at the Granger Recreation center in Garland.

In addition to this monetary donation, an employee run supply drive started January 7th, and will run through January 15th. All supplies will be given to Life Message, a non-profit based out of Rowlett, TX that has been at the forefront of the relief effort.

We would like to thank all of those who have reached out to express support for the Atlas Copco employees and community members affected by the devastating storm that spawned nine tornadoes. The road ahead is still filled with many challenges, and we look forward to providing ongoing support and partnership within our community.
