Our leadership model
A mission for about three years is given to me. We believe that clarity in expectations gives freedom, responsibility and accountability.
Based on the mission I receive, I create a vision for what I would like to accomplish. This I develop, by interacting with my different stakeholders. I then get my vision confirmed by my manager.
I define my strategy, targets and activities needed to reach my vision.
I define the structure I need to implement the strategy. A structure includes processes and organization.
I engage people by sharing my vision and by developing loyal, competent people around me.
