Purchase to Own "Installment Loan"
The purchaser assumes title of the equipment upon taking possession, while making payments in arrears. Deduction for depreciation and interest expense may be made where tax laws permit.

Rental Agreement
A long term rental at the end of which the equipment may be returned, extended, or purchased. This option is used by operators wishing to maintain up-to-date equipment. Payments may be tax deductible where tax laws permit.

Total Air Care "Operating Lease"
A Total Air Care operating lease is a long term rental with a preferred service & maintenance plan. This option is used by operators wishing to insure worry free performance along with maintaining up-to-date equipment. Payments may be tax deductible where tax laws permit.
