Recover hot water for many applications

The ER control unit is to be installed between the compressor and your cooling- and heating circuits. Hot water up to 90° C can be recovered from the compressed air system. This water can be used for sanitary purposes and heating but is particularly suitable for process-heating applications. The modular design guarantees seamless integration in a wide variety of applications, even in the harshest of operating conditions.

Saving and recovering energy at Procter & Gamble - from 17 to 4 compressors

Amiens, France: Procter & Gamble's third largest production facility in the world. It's here that P&G has chosen for Atlas Copco as new compressed air supplier. Atlas Copco could offer them Class Zero ZR oil-free screw compressors with an Energy Recovery unit. But on top of that, the existing seventeen compressors were reduced to just 4.
